1. About RAM Driver

RAM Driver is a mobile application designed for delivery drivers who work with Ring A Meal.

The App allows drivers to receive assigned delivery orders, view delivery information, update delivery status, and provide their location while performing delivery activities.

Delivery and customer information displayed in RAM Driver is provided by the Ring A Meal service. RAM Driver does not independently collect customer information for its own separate purposes.

2. Information Accessed and Collected by RAM Driver

Location Information

RAM Driver accesses the driver's device location, including precise location information.

Location information may be collected while the App is running in the background during active delivery activities.

Background location is used to allow Ring A Meal to receive the driver's current location while the driver is performing a delivery, including when the App is not actively displayed on the screen.

Delivery Status

RAM Driver sends delivery status updates to Ring A Meal's backend services. These updates may include information indicating that a delivery has been accepted, picked up, is in progress, or completed.

Delivery and Customer Information

RAM Driver receives information about assigned delivery orders from Ring A Meal's backend services. This may include information necessary for the driver to complete a delivery, such as delivery details and customer information.

3. How Location Information Is Used

Driver location information is used solely to support Ring A Meal's delivery operations and related services.

Location information may be used to:

• Track the driver's location during an active delivery.
• Support delivery operations and coordination.
• Keep the delivery status and driver location up to date.
• Help Ring A Meal monitor the progress of deliveries.

We do not sell driver location information to third parties or use driver location information for advertising purposes.

4. Background Location

RAM Driver may access location information while the App is running in the background.

Background location access is necessary because a driver may need to continue providing location updates while using other applications during an active delivery.

The App uses a foreground service for location-related functionality. Location access is intended to support active delivery operations and is not intended for unrelated tracking.

5. Floating Bubble

RAM Driver may display a floating bubble over other applications while a delivery is in progress.

This feature allows the driver to quickly return to RAM Driver while using another application during delivery.

The floating bubble does not capture or record the contents of other applications or the device screen.

6. Google Maps

RAM Driver may open the Google Maps application on the driver's device to provide navigation during a delivery.

Google Maps navigation is not embedded directly inside RAM Driver.

When Google Maps is opened, the use of Google Maps is subject to Google's own terms of service and privacy policy.

7. Screen Capture

RAM Driver does not capture, record, or store the contents of the driver's device screen.

RAM Driver does not collect screen content from other applications and does not use screen capture data for advertising or analytics.

8. How Information Is Shared

Information collected or transmitted by RAM Driver may be sent to Ring A Meal's backend services for the purpose of providing and operating the delivery service.

This may include driver location information, delivery status updates, and information associated with assigned delivery orders.

We do not sell or rent personal information.

We may disclose information when required by law, legal process, or when reasonably necessary to protect our rights, users, property, or the security of our services.

9. Data Storage

RAM Driver primarily communicates with Ring A Meal's backend services to retrieve delivery information and submit delivery status and location updates.

RAM Driver does not intentionally store customer or delivery information permanently on the driver's device.

Information transmitted to our backend services is handled in accordance with our security practices.

10. Data Retention and Deletion

Driver location and delivery information may be retained by Ring A Meal's backend systems for as long as necessary to operate the delivery service, maintain operational records, comply with legal requirements, resolve disputes, and protect the security of our services.

RAM Driver itself does not intentionally retain this information permanently on the driver's device.

Drivers may contact us using the contact information below to ask questions about their personal information or request correction or deletion where applicable.

11. Data Security

We take reasonable and commercially appropriate measures to protect information transmitted through RAM Driver against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Data transmitted between the App and our backend services is protected using appropriate security measures.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

12. Third-Party Services

RAM Driver may interact with third-party applications or services when necessary to provide delivery functionality.

In particular, RAM Driver may open Google Maps for navigation. Third-party services operate according to their own privacy policies and terms.

13. Children's Privacy

RAM Driver is intended for use by delivery drivers and is not directed to children.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through RAM Driver.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to RAM Driver, our services, or applicable legal requirements.

When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date displayed at the top of this Privacy Policy.
